Shipping Policy

When you order with UK Standard Delivery: 

  • Small items £2 (wax melts)

  • Default £3

  • FREE when you spend over £35

  • 3 - 5 Working Days Delivery

 

Please note: We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.

We have added International delivery to some European countries - please check and if your country is not available please contact us and we can look into this further

  • Flat rate of £10

  • Free delivery over £50

Return & Exchange Policy

If you aren’t happy with your purchase, simply pop your unused, unopened item securely back in the box and return your item to us. We’ll issue your refund once we get your package back. We will accept returns within 30 days of item delivery.
